For Membership Dues

By signing the Monthly Electronic Deduction Authorization or the Automatic Annual Credit Card Payment Authorization, you are authorizing ANA to change the amount by giving the above signed thirty (30) days advance written notice.  Above signed may cancel this authorization upon receipt by ANA of written notification of termination twenty (20) days prior to deduction date designated above.  Membership will continue unless this notification is received.  ANA will charge a $5 fee for any returned drafts or chargebacks.  

For Annual Convention Program Registration

Cancellations of registrations to the MNA Annual Convention will be accepted up to twenty (20) days prior to the first day of the Annual Convention.  An administrative fee of $30 will apply to any cancellations received twenty (20) prior to the event, after that time no refund will be given for the conference registration.

For All Other Continuing Education Program Registration

Cancellations of registration to any other program of the MNA or any MNA District will be accepted up to twenty (20) days prior to the continuing education program.  An administrative fee of .25% of the registration amount paid will apply to any cancellation received twenty (20) days prior to the event, after that time no refund will be given for the program registration.
